With the perfect blend of American and Mexican brewing influence, Warped Wing and Escollo have teamed up for the second time to create SeñorWITa, a Mexican Witbier. Fairly hazy from the use of wheat. Mild citrus-like aroma from the use of coriander, grains of paradise and orange peel as well as hibiscus. Very light and airy. This is Warped Wing’s version of the perfect patio beer and we recommend garnishing with a fresh lime wheel. ¡Salud!
