Dayton’s rich brewing history dating back to the mid
1800’s was composed primarily of German immigrant brewers who produced their classic lager style beers. Those early lagers have been eclipsed by the emergence of ales, especially India Pale Ales. Warped Wing salutes those who came before us with a new twist on a Germanic style that they hope will make the Bier Barons of old proud. This Bavarian IPA is pale orange in color with copper highlights and aromas that are slightly woody and spicy from the prodigious amounts of German noble hops.
