Bursting with orange aromas accompanied by bready wheat malt flavors and a bright acidity, this Gose captures the essence of Spring. The Gose style is a classic German wheat beer that is spiced with coriander and salt. This version utilizes nearly seven pounds per barrel of fresh kumquats. From 12th century origins and importation through the London Horticultural Society, the bright and citrusy kumquat eventually found itself on North American soil and into this beer.
