ABV: 5.3% Style: Amber Lager
Traditionally, German lagers are made with Noble hop varieties grown in the Hallertau region of Germany. Keeping tradition in mind, but wanting to brew something special for the Überdrome, Moerlein took a traditional recipe using German Vienna and crystal malts. Then, hopped it up with Citra and Cascade hops that are grown in the Pacific Northwest. A malty rich flavor and amberglow are complimented with citrus and apricot aromas. A modern craft twist to a traditional German favorite.
