When Hop Ryot hit the taps at Jackie O’s in Athens, Ohio, their brewers thought it was the finest IPA they had ever created. This beer has a unique character thanks to the use of Rye malt and exclusively simcoe hops. The rye malt adds some soft spicy notes to the beer, and a generous amount of simcoe hops adds that big sticky-citrus aroma and flavor. The finish is very pleasant, beckoning another sip!
