ABV: 6.5% Style: German Hefeweizen
This is a collaboration between Boulder Beer Company and Fat Head’s Brewery. It is a German-style Hefeweizen brewed with Pale Malt, Wheat Malt and a Weinstephan yeast. The 40 IBUs balance the sweetness and bring out the aromatic yeast. It is then dry-hopped with several floral yeast strains that hit your nose like an IPA. Truly tasty!
